This zip file contains a tsv text file "References.txt" which can be loaded into a word processor, a spreadsheet or a database. The file has two columns: the first is a code to the reference used for referring to it in species lists, the second contains the references.
This is work in progress, we are continually adding to this reference list as we discover new ones. This list is as at 6th November 2007.
The following zip files contain excel files of lists of species recorded from the Channel Islands. The codes against each species cross reference to the Reference list above. An asterix (*) after the reference indicates that a post 1980 record is held by the Guernsey Biological Records Centre, an @ indicates a post 2000 record for the species.
Please contact the Guernsey Biological Records Centre for other groups not in the lists below.
Note: These lists contain all species where we have traced a record for the Channel Islands. Please contact the Guernsey Biological Records Centre who can advise on the reliablity of the record, the current staus of the species etc. before taking it that the record is accurate or making use of the data. These lists are as at 13th October 2004
